Toledo and its province provide a magnificent showcase for industrial tourism, ranging from the typical products such as craft ceramics, guitars, swords and suchlike to the agro-foods sector, including wineries, olive oil mills, cheeseries, jam and preserve factories, where one’s visit may be complemented by a sampling or tasting of the product. To add to our range, we have included in this latest edition the industrial heritage offered by the Windmills of Consuegra.
By means of this guide, the Chamber of Commerce would like to invite those tourists and visitors to our region to discover the current production methods of the most representative products of the province, so that they may understand more closely both our present and our past, through a variety of entertaining and educational means.
